Children’s book author and illustrator Marty Kelley launches Albert’s Almost Amazing Adventure in New Boston, New Hampshire this Saturday. To celebrate, Marty has created “The Making of Albert’s Almost Amazing Adventure.” This super silly bonus material gives readers an opportunity to learn about casting Albert, view hilarious bloopers, and check out deleted scenes.

As part of the First Folio! tour, The Portland Public Library (PPL) is hosting films, book groups, live music and more family-friendly events based on the work of William Shakespeare The First Folio, which dates back to 1623, is a book of 36 original plays by Shakespeare. This year, the First Folio will travel to all 50 states, Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico. The PPL events run now through April 2.
The New York Public Library revealed the 5 finalists for its Annual Helen Bernstein Book Award for Excellence in Journalism. We can’t wait to read these intriguing stories.
